Mass email, with a personal touch.
To connect to the 900+ students that had chosen Macquarie Uni, they wanted to do something a little more personal.
Hank Mango developed a narrative and a production pipeline which could create hundreds of personalised videos. Each one would be specific dependant on the student's name, where they were in the selection process and which degree they had shown interest in.
We then provided these to an external mass email company which delivered each student their own personal hello from Macquarie Uni.
Macquarie saw a huge uptick on engagement and positive response from this personal campaign in comparison to previous mass email campaigns.
